Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with any original tags or packaging included, and in resalable condition. Proof of purchase or your order number will also be required.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@francisgolfco.com. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Special order items

  • Wholesale custom orders or collaboration products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
